How do you get sublimation quality images on cotton and dark fabrics? The answer is new Siser EasySubli ink and heat transfer vinyl!

How does it work?

The latest innovation in garment sublimation is here! EasySubli is a brand-new HTV by Siser that allows you to print custom, full-color designs using your sublimation printer.
EasySubli can be fed directly through a sublimation printer, which eliminates the need for transfer papers. After printing, it is recommended that you allow the inks to dry for 2 hours before masking, or you can lay your design underneath an open heat press platen for about 45 seconds.
While traditional sublimation is limited to white polyester garments, EasySubli can be used with a variety of different fabrics and colors, including cotton and dark-colored garments!
EasySubli is also applied at a low temperature of 311°F, compared to 380°F and above for traditional sublimation.
EasySubli is designed to work with virtually any sublimation printer, however, we recommend Sawgrass machines and the specially formulated Siser EasySubli Inks by Sawgrass for best results.

EasySubli Inks:

EasySubli inks are specially formulated by Sawgrass for best results with EasySubi HTV. This Sawgrass Virtuoso SG500 package comes with Siser Easysubli Ultra HD ink set starter cartridge set consisting of 20ml Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black cartridges or an optional standard 31ml cartridge set.

Because different substrate materials and transfer papers affect the way colors appear on sublimated items, it’s important to adjust the ink output to ensure optimal quality. Sawgrass Print Manager is a software utility that automatically makes those adjustments for you. Print Manager works in the background, managing the flow of color information from your digital artwork to your Sawgrass printer. This reduces wasted ink (saving you money), and ensures the colors on your finished products are as accurate and vibrant as possible.

With both MAC and PC color management solutions and the new CreativeStudio online design software, this sublimation system includes everything needed to help you create and print better than ever before. 2 Year Included Warranty for US Virtuoso Owners

Your SG500 purchase includes a standard 2 year warranty period from the manufacturer. The warranty period starts from the purchase date of the system and covers any hardware defects preventing the good working of the machine. Excluded from this warranty is any malfunction resulting from accidental damage or misuse as well as any damage caused by the usage of non-genuine Sawgrass ink cartridge as well as any non-recommend ink conversions (SubliJet > Chromablast, vice versa).
