Atlas 16" x 20" Clamshell Auto-Open Heat Press
USCutter is proud to present our Atlas 15" x 15" & 16" x 20" auto-open clamshell heat press. This professional series press, a USCutter exclusive, is our most durable and dependable press to date. This press gives you a large area for garment fabric heat transferring and an auto opening feature to prevent over heating garment and materials.
Professional Design
A convenient clamshell design saves space in your workplace by opening vertically, as opposed to swinging out laterally. With an auto-opening press there is no longer a need to “babysit†your press, once the timer expires the press will open itself automatically. The body of this unit is crafted from laser cut steel with reinforced hinges, making the Atlas our most durable and reliable heat press. We utilized a larger opening angle on the press to assist with easy loading and unloading of your garments. A new heating element has been crafted to deliver a truly consistent an exact temperature over the entire platen.
Ease of Use
Fully digital display and controls allows for simple operation and setup. The LED backlit display can also be seen visibly in darker work areas. An ergonomic handle, with low pressure release, makes opening and closing the press effortless. You can easily adjust the pressure settings before, during or after your press with the rotating knob. Once the pressure has been adjusted, balance springs on the top platen provide even pressure throughout – ensuring that your transfers always come out even, and with no pressure spots.
Safety
An emergency stop switch has been outfitted to prevent against accidents and mistakes. An anti-burn heat guard is installed on the top platen, keeping the top of the press cool to the touch, and preventing a safety hazard in your workspace.
Dependability
We’ve used an updated heating plate and element in this press to prevent failures and un-even heat points. This machine has been crafted professionally with the highest grade electrical components. Because of this we are able to offer this machine with a full 2 year warranty on all parts and labor.
Please note: This is a heavy duty model of heat press which weighs more than some similar models. This heavier model will need to ship LTL Freight. The shipping rate on this machine may be higher than others.
