Warranty & Return Policies


The following terms and conditions govern the use of the site, uscutter.com. Placing an order and/or use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  • If you should experience a problem with your machine,go to www.uscutter.com and click on the 'Support' link at the bottom of the page. Click on 'Submit A Ticket'. You will then be prompted to enter your information and describe the situation. Please be specific in your explanation of the problem.
  • Our Technical Support Staff will review your ticket and contact you regarding troubleshooting procedures. PLEASE BE PATIENT! Our technicans respond to tickets in the order that they are received.
  • Technical Support will assist you in troubleshooting and repairing your machine via phone or internet. If we determine that repair can not be accomplished via these methods, an RMA will be issued. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility.
  • If a part needs to be replaced, it will be shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like your part faster, expedited shipping is available for an additional charge of $39.99 for overnight shipping and $29.99 for 2 day shipping.
  • If your machine requires additional repair, an RMA will be issued to you by one of our technicians. Be advised that your machine needs to be shipped to us in the ORIGINAL BOX with ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS. If your machine has a stand, do not return it with your cutter. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in additional charges and/or voiding of warranty. A replacement box can be purchased from www.uscutter.com. The address to send your cutter is as follows: USCutter, 19510 144th ave NE, Ste.C1, Woodinville, WA, 98072.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs to return the unit to us.
  • Please allow 48 to 72 hours after your machine is received for our Technical Support Staff to review it. Upon, review, you will be contacted regarding the status of your repair. If the machine cannot be repaired, a replacement machine will be shipped to you via FedEx Ground for a flat fee of $9.99. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote, as machine sizes and weights vary.Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the replacement to be shipped.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days. Your machine needs to be returned in the ORIGINAL BOX with ALL PARTS AND ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS to be considered for refund. If the above criteria are met, a refund will be issued for the amount of the purchase price minus a 20 percent restocking fee.PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. In addition, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us for return.
  • We do NOT accept returns on consumable items (i.e.supplies, vinyl, software, etc.)
  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: USCutter does not offer any international warranty or return policies at this time. International customers purchase at their own risk!
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their billing and shipping information within their online account. If the destination of a package needs to be altered after the package has been shipped, a $15.00 fee will be charged.
  • The above stated policies & terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE POLICIES DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY RESULT IN VOIDING OF WARRANTY.
