The CE5000 series delivers a maximum cutting force of 300 grams and a maximum speed of 24 inches per second (in all directions).

The built-in front control panel provides complete parameter control including eight preset cutting conditions, as well as advanced features like tangential control mode, down force offset, pen up speed, blade wear monitoring and more. We do not offer full refunds on returned items. If you want to return your unit within 30 days of purchase, you may return it to us as long as we receive the unit back as it was originally boxed, with all accessories, and no damage. We have had some returns where customers are careless about packaging the return shipment, and we must stress, if you do not package the unit well, damage costs will be deducted from your refund .You will will be required to pay the return shipping and you will be refunded the purchase price minus original shipping charges and be charged a 20% restocking fee.
